As soon as we have received your payment via our etsy shop, we will initiate the process of transferring your website template to your WIX account. You will then receive an email confirmation from Wix which will ask you if you’d like to accept the website transfer. You must accept the transfer request in order to receive your website template. Once you have accepted the request your website template will automatically be transferred, and you will see it in your WIX account.

We only provide Wix website templates, which we build in a free WiX account. So, if you don’t already own a domain name, you will need to purchase one separately from the domain provider of your choice. Once you have done this you’ll be able to connect your domain to your WIX account / template. In order to obtain WIX web hosting you will need to subscribe to either a monthly or annual package. You will be required to make payments directly to WIX. You can view Wix’s current pricing options to find the right one to suit your needs.

No, you will not own the exclusive license to the website template which you buy. The templates that we provide are ‘premade’, and they WILL BE RESOLD. However, you will obviously retain the copyright to any graphics, data, or files which you own and then add to your website.

You are not permitted to: Redistribute or resell the template, only we can do this. Claim exclusive or intellectual ownership of the template, (modified or unmodified).

Unfortunately, this is not possible because we offer a non-tangible, irrevocable product, which is easily copied. We are unable to issue a refund once we have transferred your template to you. Please read 11.1 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale for further information.

Yes, you will need to purchase premium images directly from Wix or another provider. We do not sell images. The images which are included in our templates are free images provided by Wix and/or other providers, and they are intended to be ‘placeholder’ only. Wix has a huge library of images which you can use for free!
