The Process 

At ContentAim we have a simple process, this is how it works:

You can contact us via our contact form, e-mail address or by phone.

The initial consultation is completely free!

 

We will be happy to have a brief chat with you, in order to discuss your project requirements and what you want to achieve.​

2. The Brief


We work with you to put together a brief. This gives us the opportunity to learn more about your brand, and your business objectives and goals. The process can include a discussion over the phone, a short questionnaire, and the collation of any useful information, and resources which you have. 

 

To help us calculate the fee, we will need to know: what your project is, who your target audience is, when your deadline is, and how you will supply us with any useful background material.

3. Contract


After we have agreed on the brief, we’ll e-mail you a contract. You'll need to read this carefully, sign it, and send it back to us. You can either scan it and e-mail it to us or pop it in the post.

The contract clearly sets out our agreement, detailing the brief, the time frame for your content to be delivered, when payments need to be made, and our terms and conditions.

The date of project completion will depend on how quickly you respond to our requests for information and feedback. Please note that we require clients to pay a 50% deposit before we commence work.

4. Research


We will create your content, in line with your brief and your supplementary resources and information. 
In order to get the best results and differentiate your business from your competitors, we also conduct research on your specific industry.

5. Optimize


SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) is important to us, so, we make sure that we optimize your content with all the relevant keywords for your product or service.

6. Delivery


After we have made all the relevant changes which you have requested, we deliver the final draft of your content to you in PDF format. This will be sent via a downloadable link to your e-mail address. We will send out an accompanying invoice with the final draft of your content. The balance payment should be made within 7 days. Once payment has been made, you can go ahead and publish your content.
